Ham Mozzarella Bread Rolls

- 7 g Instant Yeast
- 6 g Salt
- 20 g Sugar
- 50 g Egg
- 270 g Milk
- 30 g Unsalted Butter
Filling
- 800 g Diced Ham
- 250 g Grated Mozzarella
Coating
- 2 tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Black Sesame Seeds
- Small pieces of Garlic Butter
Baking
- Oven temperature: 180°C
- Baking time: About 20 minutes
- Yield: 11 bread rolls
