Ham Mozzarella Bread Rolls

These ham mozzarella bread rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with diced ham and melted mozzarella. They are easy to make and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.

The dough is simple to prepare and gives a light, soft texture. Each bun is coated with sesame seeds, filled with ham and mozzarella, and topped with a small piece of garlic butter before baking. These buns taste best while still warm.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 7 g Instant Yeast
  • 6 g Salt
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 50 g Egg
  • 270 g Milk
  • 30 g Unsalted Butter

Filling

  • 800 g Diced Ham
  • 250 g Grated Mozzarella

Coating

  • 2 tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Black Sesame Seeds
  • Small pieces of Garlic Butter

Baking

  • Oven temperature: 180°C
  • Baking time: About 20 minutes
  • Yield: 11 bread rolls
